Excellent info…
Hi
I am going to find these blog links very helpful. I am a depression sufferer and have this year diligently kept a written journal about my battle and also factual information about mental illness.
I am extremely passionate about de-mystifying the stigma of mental illness and as a carer of an autistic child and a child with high anxiety write about my and their plight as well.
I welcome readers and followers http://www.yitty.blogspot.com
Thanks
Laura
